I am an existing 10Mbps fibre subscriber. Can I get free iflix when I upgrade to the new 30Mbps or higher plans?
Yes you will be eligible for the free iflix subscription when you upgrade to the new 30Mbps or higher plans.
If there’s a problem with my iflix, how do I replace it?
You need to go to https://piay.iflix.com/contact and lodge a complaint/support request.
The iflix is it for a life time free or only for 2 years? If we downgrade from 30Mbps to 10Mbps, will the ifix auto disconnect?
iflix is free as long as the account is active. However, if a customer downgrades from a 30Mbps or higher plan to the 10 Mbps plan, they will be billed for the use of iflix.
What about additional installation charges? I have requested for additional cabling during installation and it cost me RM X. Do I get a refund for that?
Unfortunately no. Any additional cabling works are pre-agreed beforehand between you and the Maxperts installation team. Those charges will not be available to be refunded.
What is the warranty period for my router/RGW/home modem?
All routers/RGWs/home modems come with a 12 month warranty. If your unit is faulty and beyond the 12 month warranty you may be subjected to a replacement charge of RM350 for a new router/RGW/home modem. Call support at 123 for initial troubleshooting beforehand.
Can we do fax via our home fibre services and what are the charges like?
Yes you are able to run fax services via your home fibre services but you will not be able to use your VOIP services with fax concurrently. As for charges, since we’re giving out unlimited calls across all of our home fibre plans, the fax services will also be free of charge unless you’re faxing to IDD numbers.
Can I retain my VOIP number which I obtained from my Unifi account?
No you will not be able to retain your VOIP number and you will be assigned a new VOIP number for your new Maxis home fibre services.
Can we change our given VOIP number that’s been assigned upon registration of our home fibre services?
Yes you can change/select a different VOIP number upon registration of your home fibre services. The fee is RM25 and request can be made at Maxis Centres.
I live in a shop lot. Can I sign up for MaxisOne Home?
You can apply for MaxisOne Home but Maxis has the rights to change your plan/package to MaxisOne Business if it’s deemed that the fibre service is being used for business purposes.

What will happen to my MaxisONE Home after 24 months?
Your subscription will revert to normal retail price after 24 months.
